You can literally walk to most of the main attractions without breaking a sweat, which is saying something because I’m not exactly the most athletic person. What really impressed me though was how they managed to solve the two biggest headaches of staying downtown – parking and internet. The free parking alone probably saves you 20-30 bucks a day, and honestly, finding a spot in this area usually involves circling blocks for twenty minutes while questioning your life choices. The wifi actually lives up to its “high speed” promise too. I was working remotely during part of my stay, doing video calls and uploading large files without any of those awkward “can you hear me now?” moments.

The space feels genuinely like a loft – high ceilings, big windows, that sort of industrial-meets-cozy vibe that’s hard to pull off but really works here. It’s not trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect, which I appreciated. There are little touches that show someone actually thought about how people live in a space, not just how it photographs. The kitchen has proper counter space (you’d be surprised how many places skimp on this), and the bed is positioned so you’re not staring directly into your neighbor’s window – small thing, but it matters when you’re trying to sleep in. The whole place stays surprisingly quiet considering you’re smack dab in the center of things. I was expecting city noise to be an issue, but the windows do their job well.

What strikes me most about this place is how it manages to feel both connected and peaceful. During the day, you step outside and you’re immediately in the flow of city life – cafes, shops, that energy that makes downtown living exciting. But when you come back in the evening, it’s like having your own little sanctuary above it all. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not flashy or over-the-top luxurious, but it gets all the important stuff right in a way that makes your stay genuinely comfortable rather than just acceptable. For anyone who wants to actually experience the city rather than just visit it, this loft gives you that local feeling without sacrificing the practical conveniences that make a trip enjoyable instead of stressful.

  This is an excellent base for Ironman Tallinn. Just a 25 min walk into the old town. Well lit and ventilated. Really good security as well. A well stocked supermarket is a 30 second walk away. Also coffee in a really good machine is waiting for you on arrival.

  It was a nice, modern and clean apartment. A very compact solution. And a wonderfully warm bathroom.

  Very nice and spacious apartment! It was well equipped and had everything necessary. There was a table for working, which was great! Free parking in private parking lot was much appreciated. Grocery store was just behind the corner and location is very convenient! Great access to public transport. I would definitely stay there again!

  A nice modern apartment in a good location. Food places and groceries nearby as well as a bus station. The apartment was equipped with all the basics and is comfortable for a longer stay too. Proper curtains allowed us to sleep well despite very long summer light days.

  Mooie, moderne, comfortabele loft, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Zijn hier een week geweest. Parkeergarage onder het gebouw waar je je auto kwijt kunt. Dichtbij supermarkten, busstation en zelfs het vliegveld is aan te lopen/steppen. Was/droogmachine, föhn, oven aanwezig.
