Location-wise, you’re maybe a four-minute walk to Raekoja plats (Town Hall Square), but honestly, I found myself spending more time exploring the streets heading toward Rotermann Quarter – there’s this whole area of converted industrial buildings with great cafes that most visitors completely miss. The Rimi supermarket is practically around the corner, which sounds boring but actually makes a huge difference when you want to grab breakfast stuff or a bottle of Estonian wine without trekking across town. Parking can be tricky if you’re driving – street parking in this area is mostly paid and limited, so definitely ask about options when you book. The 7.3 rating feels about right to me; it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but everything works properly, the wifi is reliable, and the whole place feels like someone actually cares about maintaining it rather than just extracting maximum profit from tourists. I’d definitely stay here again, especially in winter when having that sauna becomes less of a nice-to-have and more of a daily necessity.

  Huoneisto oli hyvällä paikalla, rauhallinen. Hyvä keittiö, varustelu ok. Makuuhuone kiva, sänky hyvä. Kiva kun oli erikseen vessa ja kylppäri.
  
  What could be improved: *Check-in oli klo 16 eteenpäin, se alkoi mielestäni myöhään. Olimme sopineet klo 16, mutta avaimia ei ollut sovitussa paikassa. Siivous ei ollut valmis silloin, jouduimme odottamaan lähes tunnin. Ei hyvä. Muutoinkin siivous oli tehty hutaisemalla, mm vessaa ei ollut siivottu kunnolla.
  *Mutta kaikkein hämmästyttävin:
  Saunan lauteiden alla oli iso, verkkokannellinen muovilaatikko, jossa oli liinavaatteita ja tyhjiä lahjakasseja, joissa oli nimet. TODELLA eriskummallinen säilytyspaikka laatikolla, ottaen huomioon lauteilla hikoilevat ihmiset ja löylyn heittämisen. Puhumattakaan turvallisuusriskistä!! Laatikko oli muovinen ja lähellä kiuasta. Olin pöyristynyt tästä.
  *Meitä oli 3 henkilöä, mutta saimme vain yhden avaimen. Huoneisto oli iso, kaksi makuuhuonetta, joten oletettavasti yöpyjiä on useampia ja silloin tarvitaan enemmän kuin yksi avain.
  *En myöskään pitänyt siitä, että jouduimme maksamaan 100 euron etukäteismaksun, depositin. Asiasta ilmoitettiin minulle epämääräisellä tekstiviestillä, jossa piti klikata jotain linkkiä. Pidin sitä huijausviestinä.
