The place genuinely lives up to its “brand new” promise, which let’s be real, doesn’t always happen.
The balcony is where I ended up spending most of my mornings with coffee – it’s nothing fancy, but there’s something satisfying about having your own little outdoor space when you’re traveling. And can we talk about the parking situation for a second? Free parking might not sound glamorous, but if you’ve ever circled blocks looking for a spot or paid those ridiculous daily garage fees, you’ll appreciate just pulling right up and being done with it. I mean, it’s one of those things that makes the whole trip smoother without you even thinking about it. The apartment itself feels thoughtfully set up – the kitchen actually has proper cookware (not those bent pans you sometimes get), and the Wi-Fi was solid enough that I could work from the little dining table without any issues.
What really won me over though was how quiet it stays at night. I’m usually pretty sensitive to street noise, but this place sits in one of those sweet spots where you’re close enough to things but not right on top of the action. The 8.6 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be some luxury resort experience, but it nails all the basics that actually matter when you’re traveling. Asunto oli siisti. Vuodesohva oli helppokäyttöinen. Henkilökunta vastasi nopeasti ja oikein sujuvalla englannin kielellä. Uusi, hissitalo, parkkihalli oli hyvä tiloiltaan, lämmin ja tilava.
What could be improved: Parkkihallista oli vaikea löytää omaan rappuun. Kannattaa ensin tehdä tutustumismatka asunnosta parkkihalliin, niin oikea ovi löytyy. Se on paikkaa 33 vastapäätä. Kaikki muu toimi erinomaisesti.

Отличное место, очень красиво, чисто, тихо и все удобно. В нескольких минутах ходьбы старый центр, также рядом продуктовый магазин.

We liked the beauty, cleanliness, coziness and spaciousness of the apartment, the presence of all kitchen utensils and free parking with your own spot. In addition, the location of the apartment is perfect, all places are within walking distance. To get the keys, you didn't have to meet anyone or think for a long time about how to get the keys.
What could be improved: We had problems watching Netflix on the TV, it didn't open or work. Otherwise everything was great.

What could be improved: Too cold
The apartment met our expectations. It was very well appointed and very clean. Being so close to the old town it was a bonus as we could walk to explore the city. Having an underground car park for our car was very important to us.
Nice, light, airy and clean modern apartment with fab balconies in a quiet neighborhood. Semi easy walking distance from public transport stops, a grocery store or even Baltijaam.
There were no shops, restaurants or cafes in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.. Speaking of coffee; there was a Paulig coffee machine in the apartment 😃👏 It would make it easier if there was information about what kind of capsules to get or if there were even a few samples 😉
Big bathroom and basic kitchen utensils.
Staff were helpful and flexible on the phone with check-in and keys were as agreed 👍
What could be improved: Some of the kitchen utensils had been left filthy. And for example the Teflon frying pans and some of the pillows are in an awful shape - which is a shame in such nice apartment.
Couldn't figure out how to use basic TV channels because the device asked for a pin code and there were no instructions. Netflix did work 😁
A separate, written 28-point rental agreement to be signed and a separate €100 deposit to be transferred to an account seem nonsense and unnecessarily complicated to an active booking.com user.
