The building itself feels solid, you know – those thick European walls that actually keep sound out, unlike some places I’ve stayed.

What really sold me on this place was how it felt like staying in someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen had everything I needed for morning coffee and simple meals, which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out in the Old Town can get pricey fast. There’s a Rimi supermarket just a few streets over on Viru if you need supplies, and the walk there takes you past some gorgeous medieval architecture that never gets old. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained – I mean, it’s not luxury by any stretch, but it’s comfortable and functional in that straightforward way that three-star places do best. The Wi-Fi actually worked properly (always a gamble in these older buildings), and the shower had decent pressure, which… well, anyone who’s traveled around Eastern Europe knows that’s not always a given.

Location-wise, you’re perfectly positioned to explore without dealing with the chaos of staying right on the main tourist drag. I could walk to Toompea Castle in about ten minutes, hit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral without breaking a sweat, and still retreat back to a quiet street when the day-trippers got overwhelming. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to wow you with fancy amenities, but it delivers exactly what it promises. If you’re the type who wants to experience Tallinn like you’re living there rather than just passing through, and you don’t need someone at a front desk 24/7, this works really well. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – you’re basically renting someone’s apartment, which is exactly the charm of it.

  Large bathroom, and it was quiet and comfortable overall. It is about 10 mins walk to the old town. There are supermarkets nearby and it was convenient.

  Much larger than I anticipated, super comfy bed, the washing machine was a life saver and it was a short walk from both the ferry and the old town. Excellent value.

  Great location. Very modern and well provisioned apartment. It's on the basement level, but with the window cracked it isn't stuffy. Comfortable bed, quiet and dark enough to sleep. Would recommend and would stay there again.

  Amazing location for the purpose of my stay. Close to shops, great coffee and the venue I attended. All the places I wanted to go to were easy to get to by foot or public transport.
  It was a great apartment – spacious and well equipped. I loved being able to cook and have breakfast.
  Due to all the wardrobe space and desk, I was easily able to make myself at home and get some work done too.
  It was definitely a quiet and safe area which allowed for good rest and a peaceful stay ☺️
  
  What could be improved: As it is under ground and only has a small window it didn’t have much natural light nor the possibility to see outside. However, it did not bother me as I was outside a lot.
