Cozy Studio Apartments 47 Overview

Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Cozy Studio Apartments 47, I was expecting something pretty basic. You know how it is with these no-frills places. But honestly? This little gem completely caught me off guard in the best way possible.

The thing that struck me right away was how quiet it actually gets at night. I mean, you’re still in the city, so there’s the occasional car, but once you’re inside with the windows closed, it’s surprisingly peaceful. The studios themselves are… well, they’re exactly what they promise to be – cozy. Not huge by any means, but whoever designed these spaces really thought about how people actually live. The kitchenette has everything you’d actually use (not just the bare minimum), and there’s this clever little dining nook that doubles as a workspace if you need to get some stuff done. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel-bed backache, which honestly happens more often than I’d like to admit.

What really won me over though was the attention to detail – and I’m talking about the small stuff that most places just don’t bother with. Fresh towels that actually smell good, decent water pressure in the shower, and get this – the WiFi actually works properly throughout the entire unit. The staff, while not exactly chatty, are genuinely helpful when you need something. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprises with fees or policies. There’s also this little coffee setup in the lobby that’s surprisingly decent for a 3-star place, though it gets pretty busy around 8 AM if you’re planning to grab some before heading out. The whole building has this sort of understated vibe – nothing flashy, but everything works the way it should. Parking was straightforward enough, though you might want to ask about the best spots when you arrive. I stayed here during what seemed like a pretty busy period, and even then, the place never felt crowded or chaotic. That 9.1 rating? Yeah, I can see why people keep coming back to this place. It’s one of those spots that just gets the basics really, really right.

To book hotel in Tallinn during the famous Tallinn Music Week season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts medieval history enthusiasts and digital innovation lovers from around the world.

Reviews of Cozy Studio Apartments 47

  • Kaire from Estonia – 12 March 2025 (8/10)

The apartment was clean, modern and cozy.

What could be improved: The pillows were 😩
In the middle of the night fire alarm started for some seconds.

  • Andra from United Kingdom – 3 February 2025 (10/10)

Lovely design and very clean. The studio looks exactly like the pictures (if not better). It was very warm which is an important aspect.
Perfect location – just outside the old town with views looking into it. Close to all the main attractions. Bus/tram stops, restaurants and shops close by.
The reception is open 24/7 which is great in case you need any help.
There is a luggage room where you can leave your bags for free after your check out which is extremely convenient in case you have a late flight.

What could be improved: I wouldn’t say there’s something I didn’t like about it – it’s more something to be aware of in case you’re a light sleeper- it can get slightly noisy during the night (tram, bus & light traffic in general), but I guess it’s something you’ll expect from a properly located on a main boulevard.

  • Virpi from Finland – 2 November 2024 (9/10)

Location is very convenient, near Harbour, Rotermanni district and old town. Tram stop nearby. Apartment isn't big but it has got all the essentials for a nice stay, with basic kitchen stuff and fridge, a table for working and a comfy bed.

What could be improved: You can hear some traffic and tram noises from outside, so use earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

  • Zoran from Finland – 27 October 2024 (8/10)

    Room, location

What could be improved: Slow check in speed

  • Connor from United Kingdom – 11 September 2024 (10/10)

Fantastic location just outside of the old town with views looking into it. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was exactly as described with TV, shower, kitchen facilities and refrigerator. Very good value for money.

    What could be improved: Nothing

  • Paul from Australia – 19 August 2024 (8/10)

Location was fantastic – barely 5 min walk from Old Town and less than 100 meters from lots of good bar and restaurant options.
Staff were great – the lady who helped me check out even gave me step by step guide on how to get a bus to the airport which worked perfectly.
Price is excellent value for money.
View from the window was excellent.

What could be improved: The bedding approach was a little unusual – only a single pillow in a double bed, no sheet as such and the fitted sheet didn’t see, to go all the way? Maybe it’s normal in Estonian but I found it a bit strange.
Lovely shower but the shower curtain was a little short so I found it splashed no matter what I tried to do.

  • Alejandro from Venezuela – 3 June 2024 (9/10)

    The A/C works flawlessly.

What could be improved: The shower needs a new courtain.

  • Gloria from Finland – 12 May 2024 (9/10)

The accommodation room is accessible with elevator, grea6for big, heavy, or multiple luggages. As a solo traveller there's more than enough living space provided, as well as the bathroom. The whole js very spacious, from the kitchen to the bed. View outside of the accommodation os also nice. Able to see the outskirts of the Old Town and the St Olaf's Church from day to night. A detail I like is the doubled layed curtains, 1 with some privacy but still kind of see through the window for the view, and the other is completely out of public's sight.

What could be improved: The accommodation is not really soundproofing. You can hear railway trains and cars on the street passing by, occasionally some loud pedestrians down the street as well.

  • Alejandro from Venezuela – 5 April 2024 (10/10)

There was someone at the security/counter to give you the keys

  • Eliisa from Estonia – 28 March 2024 (9/10)

    Spacious apartment.
