But walking up to the building, I could immediately tell this wasn’t going to be your typical cookie-cutter experience. The entrance has this understated charm that fits right into the neighborhood fabric, and you can actually hear the city humming around you without feeling like you’re camping on a highway.

The apartment itself really lives up to that “cozy” promise, though in the best possible way. I mean, we’re talking about a space that’s been thoughtfully designed rather than just crammed with furniture. The bedroom has these great windows that let in morning light without blasting you awake at dawn, and the living area flows naturally – you’re not bumping into coffee tables every time you want to grab something from the kitchen. What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re right in the thick of things. The building seems solid, none of that paper-thin wall nonsense you sometimes get with city rentals. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no standing around lobbies or hunting down mysterious key lockboxes.

Here’s what I actually loved about the location (and trust me, location can make or break a city stay): you’re genuinely walking distance from the good stuff, not just technically within a few miles. I found myself strolling to coffee shops and markets without even thinking about it, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to feel like a local for a few days. The neighborhood has that lived-in authenticity – real people going about their daily routines, not just tourist traps lined up in a row. Parking wasn’t the nightmare I’d braced myself for either, though I’d still recommend checking the street signs carefully because city parking rules can be… well, creative. The whole experience just felt balanced, you know? Urban energy when you want it, but you can actually decompress in your own space when the city gets overwhelming. With a 9.4 rating, clearly other people are picking up on the same vibe I did.

  Super appartement tres bien équipé, situé et propre. Équipé d’une chambre et d’un canapé lit assez comfortable, cet appartement est très bien si vous êtes plusieurs (assez grand pour avoir de l’espace). Il ne se situe pas très loin du centre ville, mais aussi d’un café très sympa et bon, et d’un petit supermarché pour faire quelques courses. Récupérer les clés est un jeu d’enfant, et l’accès à l’appartement aussi. C’est une pépite !

  The apartment is very cozy, comfortable and bright. Its location is very central and walking distance to everything in the city center. Also the neighbourhood is very beautiful and feels safe. The apartment is equipped with all you need including cleaning and hygiene products/liquids. The only thing you need to buy is your food supplies and for this there is a supermarket at 400m. The procedure to check in and check out is very simple and practical. Toomas the owner is very responsive to any questions or needs. We stayed for 4 weeks and Toomas offered to send a cleaner to clean the apartment and change the sheets and towels every week. We really enjoyed our stay and feel very lucky to have found this apartment!

  For example, there were a lot of other people's hair on the sofa, and the kitchen was sticky with oil stains.

  The apartment is comfortable and specious. It is located in a quiet residential area. The apartment is about 20 minute walk to Viru Gate or 30 minute walk to Alexander Nevski Cathedral. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.
  
  What could be improved: I wish I could give a higher rating but it was very hot in the apartment. The first day of my stay it was really hot in Tallinn but the second and third days, the weather was much cooler but the apartment was still hot. I wouldn’t stay here again in the summer. In addition, the bathroom was dark. I have one recommendation: it would be nice if there was laundry detergent available for at least one laundry load.

  Cozy, comfortable and safe apartment that is fully equipped with everything you might need and even more. Panoramic view, quiet place, that is close to many touristic locations. Stores and café, shopping centres are in 5 -10 minute walk. Comfortable bed and sofa. Perfect location. Clean hallways and large elevator. Toomas is perfect host, very polite and helpful if you need anything. Comfortable check in and check out.

  The accommodation is really nice and clean. It is situated approx. 10-15 min. walk from the city centre. The area is quiet and well arranged. You can easily find a lot of restaurants, cafes or snack bars. Our host, Toomas was very helpful and kind. He let us check in earlier without any problem. We definitely recommended this apartment.
