Cozy nest in the old town
Honestly, Cozy nest in the old town is one of those places that completely surprises you – in the best possible way.
Honestly, Cozy nest in the old town is one of those places that completely surprises you – in the best possible way. I mean, with a name like that, you might expect something a bit too cutesy or trying too hard, but this little 3-star gem actually lives up to its promise without any of the cheese factor.
The moment you step inside, you get why they called it a “nest.” There’s something immediately enveloping about the place – maybe it’s the way the original stone walls have been preserved alongside modern touches, or how the lighting feels warm rather than harsh like so many budget-friendly spots. You know what really got me though? The staff actually remembered my name by the second day, which honestly doesn’t happen much anymore, especially at places that won’t break the bank. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that corporate rigmarole where they try to upsell you seventeen different packages.
Being right in the old town means you’re basically living like a local for however long you’re there. I’d wake up to the sound of shopkeepers opening their doors and the gentle murmur of people heading to work – it’s that perfect level of activity where you feel connected to the neighborhood without being overwhelmed by tourist chaos. The narrow cobblestone streets can be a bit tricky if you’re dragging heavy luggage (fair warning), but once you’re settled, everything you’d want to explore is literally at your doorstep. I found myself ducking into family-run cafés for morning coffee and stumbling across tiny artisan shops I never would have discovered from some sterile hotel district. The evenings are particularly magical – you can hear church bells echoing off the old buildings, and there’s usually some gentle activity in the small squares nearby, but it quiets down enough that you’ll actually get decent sleep. What really impressed me was how the hotel manages to feel both authentic to its historic setting and genuinely comfortable. The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re thoughtfully designed with enough character that you don’t feel like you’re sleeping in a generic box. Plus, the whole place has this relaxed atmosphere where you can chat with other travelers in the common areas without it feeling forced or awkward – something about the scale and the setting just naturally brings people together.

Little pearl in the old town. If you want to enjoy your stay- choose this place. The best that the old town has to offer is all nearby. The apartment was tastefully decorated and newly renovated. Easy check-in. I had a very good time.
