Cozy Foorum Apartment – Tallinn City Centre Overview
You know what struck me first about Cozy Foorum Apartment – Tallinn City Centre? It actually lives up to that “cozy” part of its name – and honestly, that’s rarer than you’d think with hotel marketing these days. I mean, this isn’t some massive chain property trying to be everything to everyone. It’s more like staying in a well-appointed local apartment, which makes sense given the name.
The location is pretty fantastic if you’re the type who likes to walk everywhere. You’re right in the thick of things in Tallinn’s city center, which means you can stumble back from the Old Town after a long day of wandering those cobblestone streets without dealing with taxis or trying to figure out the tram system (though Tallinn’s public transport is actually quite good). I loved being able to grab morning coffee from one of those little cafés nearby and just… exist in the neighborhood for a bit. There’s something refreshing about not feeling like you’re obviously a tourist staying in a tourist bubble, you know? The building itself has that Baltic charm – not overly renovated to the point where it loses character, but comfortable enough that you’re not roughing it.
What really impressed me was how well-maintained everything felt for a 3-star place. Sometimes with apartment-style accommodations, you get this weird mismatch where the kitchen has great equipment but terrible lighting, or the bed is comfortable but there’s nowhere to put your suitcase. Here, someone clearly thought through the practical stuff. The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be luxury, but it nails what it’s going for. I actually found myself cooking a simple dinner one evening just because the kitchen setup made it appealing, and I’m usually the person who eats every meal out when traveling. The Wi-Fi was solid (important for those of us who can’t completely disconnect), and the whole place had this lived-in comfort that made settling in easy. Plus, being in the city center means you’re walking distance from both the medieval Old Town charm and the more modern Estonian energy – though fair warning, summer evenings can get a bit lively with people enjoying the long daylight hours. If you’re someone who needs absolute quiet to sleep, pack earplugs. But honestly? The trade-off of being right where the action is worth it.
Hotels in Tallinn offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this Baltic jewel, with easy access to museums, medieval towers, and startup districts.

Cozy, warm, well located apartment – Pierpaolo from Italy (10/10)
I spent a week working remotely in a new city, and my stay was fantastic. The apartment had all the essentials to feel at home, including a great washing machine, dishwasher, American-style coffee maker, tea infuser pitcher, and well-stocked kitchen. It's conveniently located near shopping centers and a vibrant area with excellent restaurants and bars.
The internet speed was fair, around 40Mbps download and 20Mbps upload, and I had no issues with it during my stay. The apartment was cozy, with a small balcony (though I couldn't use it due to the cold), and the bed seems comfortable for two as well.Very Good – Dirk from Germany (8/10)
Very close to Rotermani Quarter, Shopping and Old Town.
