  Удобное расположение в районе Каламая, в 10 мин.ходьбы от Старого города. Также в пешей доступности находится залив, где в летнее время можно полюбоваться морем и насладиться морским воздухом! Квартира находится на первом этаже с отдельным выходом во внутренний двор, где есть возможность поставить автомобиль. В апартаментах есть кухня со всем необходимым

  отличная локация, классный район. удобная парковка во дворе , напротив входа в дом.хорошая цена. удобная геометрия внутреннего пространства. не мало места. отзывчивый персонал всегда на связи.
