But here’s the thing – you’re literally a ten-minute walk from Kadriorg Park and the palace, which is where locals actually go to breathe and escape the city buzz. I spent my mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from the little bakery around the corner, then wandering through the park before the tour groups arrived. The apartment itself is tucked away on a quiet residential street, so you get that authentic “living like a local” vibe without sacrificing comfort. Actually, the comfort level here is pretty impressive for a 3-star place – I mean, the bed was solid, the kitchen had everything I needed (including a decent coffee maker, thank god), and the bathroom was way bigger than I expected.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything was set up. The host clearly knows what travelers actually need – there were extra phone chargers, the WiFi was rock-solid for video calls, and they’d stocked basic groceries so I didn’t have to hunt down a store immediately after checking in. The whole place felt clean and fresh, not that stale hotel smell you sometimes get. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Tallinn will tell you is no small miracle. I could walk to the tram stop in about three minutes, so getting into the city center or out to Pirita beach was totally doable without dealing with car traffic. Honestly, the 9.8 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there – it’s one of those places where you can tell someone actually cares about the guest experience instead of just going through the motions. The neighborhood gets lively in the evenings but never rowdy, and I slept better there than I have in some fancy hotels downtown. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to feel connected to a place rather than just passing through it, this spot delivers without any of the pretense.

  Apartment is based in very nice area , beautiful park & castle just 1 min away from apartment.
  Very close to OldTown , sea ( walkable distance ) Apartment was clean and very cosy. Communication with owner was also spot on.
