The Wi-Fi actually works throughout both floors too, which seems obvious but you’d be surprised how many places mess that up.

What I really appreciate is how quiet it stays despite being so central. The windows do a decent job of keeping out the street noise, though if you’re a super light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs – it’s still the city center after all. Check-in was pretty straightforward both times I’ve been, though they seem to prefer if you give them a heads up about your arrival time rather than just showing up. The whole building has that solid, older construction feel – thick walls, high ceilings, the kind of place that’s been around a while and isn’t going anywhere. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but honestly, being this centrally located means you can walk to most things anyway. The rating of 8.6 feels about right to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable, practical, and actually gives you room to breathe. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like staying in a proper apartment than a typical hotel room, and you want to be right where things are happening, this place delivers on that promise without any unnecessary fuss.

  Dobra lokalizacja blisko starego miasta Tallina, mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone w to co najpotrzebniejsze na kilkudniowy wypad, dobre rozwiązanie z parkingiem, my dodatkowo podróżowaliśmy z psem z którym nie było problemu. Pies miał możliwość wybiegu. Z właścicielem bardzo dobry kontakt.

  Fueron muy amables tanto Jaanika como su marido, nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de tiempo, respondía a los mensajes pronto, estaba muy limpio y el apartamento estaba muy completo de todo tipo de utensilios, el sofá cama era comodísimo.

  Dwupoziomowe mieszkanie, wygodne. Górna część salonu (z miejscem do spania) oraz kuchnią i jadalnią – przestrzenna. Kuchnia wyposażona doskonale. Do dyspozycji pozostawiono ogrom przypraw, oliwę, cukier, herbatę. Dolna część mieszkania to duże łózko (oraz łóżko małe dla dziecka) oraz przestronna łazienka z wanną i kabiną prysznicową. Do dyspozycji pralka (z proszkiem do prania) i suszarka.
