But walking up to this place, I actually got it. The building has that weathered brick character that makes you feel like you’re stepping into something with real history, and the loft itself sits perfectly positioned where you can practically taste the Old Town atmosphere without being right in the tourist chaos.

What really struck me about this spot is how it manages to feel both urban and cozy at the same time. The exposed beams and industrial touches give it that authentic loft vibe – not the fake kind you see in chain hotels, but the sort of space that actually makes sense in this neighborhood. The windows are generous (thank god, because some of these converted spaces can feel like caves), and honestly, the morning light streaming through while you’re having coffee is pretty perfect. I mean, it’s a 3-star place so don’t expect luxury finishes everywhere, but the bones of this space are solid. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t spend the night thinking about my mattress at home, and the bathroom – well, it’s compact but functional. Hot water pressure was actually better than I expected.

Location-wise, this is where the place really shines. You’re close enough to Old Town that you can wander over for dinner without planning your whole evening around transportation, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the street noise and crowds when you want to decompress. I walked to several great local spots that tourists don’t usually find – there’s this little bakery about three blocks away that locals line up at on weekend mornings, and a wine bar that stays open late without the Old Town markup. Parking can be a bit of a hunt during busy periods (I learned this the hard way on a Friday night), but honestly, that’s pretty standard for any decent neighborhood around here. The check-in process was smooth – no standing around lobbies or dealing with cranky desk staff. Just straightforward communication and keys that actually worked on the first try. For what you pay and what you get, especially with that 8.7 rating from other guests, it feels like you’re getting a genuine local experience rather than just another hotel room that could be anywhere.

  The room was nice, comfortable with good location.
  
  What could be improved: There's a coffee machine but no way to use it without buying a big pack of coffee. (Filter machine). A capsule machine would've been the better choice here.
  
  They don't really think about their costumers allowing construction of the glass roof with metal sawing and hammering to happen at 7-8am in the morning.

  Great place to stay close to the city center. Very cozy and spacious loft. Kitchen is equipped in everything you need. Great place for a couple to spend some time in Tallinn. The owner provided us with very clear information about the check-in and check-out.
  
  What could be improved: The pictures on the website are outdated and the small bed is not there anymore. However, now there is a bureau, which might be handy for someone working remotely.

  Location was exceptional, close to everything you need. Place itself was really cool and instructions to locate was spot on. Host was really great with communication. Would absolutely book again!

  The apartment was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom was in the top and it's comfortable and cozy. Along with the kitchen there is a small hall with a sofa . The place was really good and we loved it. The staff also responds quickly.

  Location was great. Much space in the appartment, clean. Contactless check-in and check-out. Value for money is ok.
