I could hear the gentle hum of the Old Town coming to life each morning, but it never felt intrusive – more like a pleasant soundtrack than actual noise.

What I found particularly smart about staying here was how it puts you right in the rhythm of local life without being stuck in the touristy bubble. You’ll walk the same routes as people heading to work, shop at the same little grocery stores, and discover those narrow side streets that don’t make it onto most tourist maps. The harbor area gets busy during peak season (obviously), but early mornings and late afternoons have this lovely, almost meditative quality when the light hits the water just right. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – the Old Town streets weren’t exactly designed for cars – but there are options nearby if you’re willing to walk a few extra minutes. Honestly, though, once you’re settled in, you probably won’t need your car much since everything worth seeing is within walking distance. The 9.0 rating makes sense to me – it’s the kind of place that doesn’t promise the moon but delivers exactly what it says it will, and sometimes that’s precisely what you want.

  L’appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier de Rottermann tout près de la vieille ville. On peut faire ses déplacements à pied sans difficulté. La propreté est irréprochable. L’arrivée dans l’appartement peut se faire à n’importe quelle heure grâce aux indications de l’hôte pour récupérer les clés.

  Location was amazing.
  Apartment is small, just enough to a couple going for sightseeing.
  Very comfortable apartment, and host left us several snacks.

  What could be improved: Owner is lovely, but unfortunately was not responsive. I found out later that's because he's a fisherman, so not easy to contact. The moment he'll give you the contact for the cleaner, it'll become easier contacting her.

  Spent a nice couple of days in Tallinn with my partner, the neighborhood was absolutely lovely, hip, central, shops and restaurants nearby, loved the Kalev chocolate shop nearby. Apartment was really nice, cozy, clean with a nice atmosphere, host had thought of everything. Well done!

  What could be improved: Very uncomfortable bed. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. The avertised address is not correct. The day of check in I was given the correct address 2 blocks away, right on a noisy road.

  Nebijām gaidījuši, ka dzīvoklis par tik lielisku cenu atrodas tik fantastiskā vietā – var teikt, pašā Roseni kvartāla sirdī un pavisam netālu no Vecpilsētas. Viss bija aizsniedzams gandrīz kā ar roku. Veikali arī ir turpat tuvumā. Saimnieks laipns un atsaucīgs.
