Central Rosi Art Deco Apartment with parking Overview

You know what caught me off guard about Central Rosi Art Deco Apartment with parking? It actually lives up to that Art Deco promise in the name – and I mean that in the best way possible. The moment you walk in, there’s this gorgeous interplay of geometric patterns and period lighting that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled into a beautifully preserved slice of the 1920s. The owner clearly put serious thought into the restoration work here, keeping all those original details intact while making sure everything actually functions for modern travelers.

The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious – honestly, way more room than I expected from the photos online. The living area flows naturally into this well-equipped kitchen, and I found myself lingering there in the mornings with coffee, just appreciating how the light hits those vintage tiles. Speaking of which, the bathroom is something else entirely. They’ve maintained the original fixtures but updated all the important bits, so you get that authentic feel without sacrificing a proper shower experience. The bedroom is positioned away from any street noise (which, let’s be honest, can be a real concern in central locations), and the bed is actually comfortable – not one of those rock-hard European mattresses that leave you counting sheep all night.

Here’s the thing that really sets this place apart though – the parking situation is genuinely sorted. I mean, finding secure parking in most city centers is either impossible or costs a fortune, but they’ve got you covered right on-site. It’s one of those details that doesn’t sound glamorous until you’re actually traveling with luggage and rental cars, then it becomes absolutely crucial. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no standing around hotel lobbies or dealing with key card issues. The location puts you within easy walking distance of the main attractions, but you’re tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds right outside your window. I particularly loved being able to duck into that little café around the corner for morning pastries – the kind of local spot you only find when you’re staying somewhere genuine rather than in a generic hotel district. With that 8.9 rating, it’s clear other travelers have figured out what makes this place special, but it hasn’t reached that over-booked status where the personal touches start disappearing.

  • Maria from Greece – 3 January 2024 (1/10)

What could be improved: They cancelled our stay at 11 at night on Christmas Eve, just two days before we were supposed to arrive. So we woke up on Christmas Day to see tbe cancellation e-mail due to overbooking and frantically look for an alternative accommodation. They offered an alternative (one of the apartments they manage I guess), but this one had worse reviews, including reviews about bad cleanliness. Of course we wouldn't stay there.
Except for the timing of the cancellation, what annoyed us was that we made our reservation in *May* and they charged us on December 10th.
So, when they charged us the total amount of our stay on December 10th they didn't know they had two more bookings for the same apartment? Did they really need to charge us and then cancel our reservation on Christmas Day, practically giving us very limited accommodation options? Also, when we exchanged messages *after* December 10th they still didn't know they had two more bookings and they would have to cancel ours?
And they didn't even send a personal message/didn't call to explain the situation to us, they just took it for granted that we would check our e-mails on Christmas morning I guess.
Not sure about what criteria they used to cancel our reservation. Did we have to have made it a year go to make sure we would stay there? We made it in May and the stay was for December.

  • Katia from Lithuania – 22 September 2023 (9/10)

What a spacious and bright apartment in the city center! I cannot think of a single flaw there, that’s a place where I would stay again.

What could be improved: Everything was perfect in my eyes.

What could be improved: As above

  • George from Romania – 29 August 2023 (9/10)

Very spacious, everything is new and clean (furniture, appliances), great location right next to the city center (2 minutes walk), but very quiet area (no traffic, the windows are in the back of the streets into a garden). The neighbors are also very quiet, it was a relaxing stay. The property has private reserved underground parking, which is very close to the elevator (the owner gives you also the remote control for the garage door, with self check-in of course).

  • Dovilė from Lithuania – 7 August 2023 (9/10)

Modern apartment with everything you need, great location, free parking

    What could be improved: Nothing.

  • Stela from Lithuania – 19 June 2023 (9/10)

It was great, quiet during the evenings and nights, close to the center and busy areas, a stylish apartment with all amenities. The spacious fridge and dishwasher were a saving grace. The landlord provided all instructions very clearly and the stay was very smooth.

What could be improved: It was a bit dark even during midday with all curtains open, and felt a little stuffy for four people, but I’m being nitpicky since we weren’t planning to hang out at the apartment but to explore the city.
