The apartments themselves feel more like staying in a local’s guest room than a typical hotel setup. I mean, you’ve got proper kitchens with actual counter space (not those tiny hotel kitchenettes), and the bathrooms are genuinely spacious. The floors have this nice engineered wood that doesn’t creak when you walk around at night, which… well, if you’ve stayed in older Tallinn buildings, you’ll appreciate that detail.

Here’s what I really liked – the windows are these big, modern things that actually open properly, and since you’re in a quieter part of town, you can leave them cracked at night for fresh air without worrying about street noise. Parking was surprisingly easy too; there’s space right outside, and you don’t have to navigate those narrow Old Town streets with a rental car. The whole area feels authentically Estonian in a way that tourist zones just don’t – there’s a small grocery store about two blocks down, and I’d see the same neighbors walking their dogs each morning. You know what’s funny? The place is technically 3-star, but the condition and cleanliness honestly put some 4-star places I’ve stayed to shame. Sometimes new construction just has advantages that historic charm can’t match – better insulation, more reliable heating, shower pressure that actually works. If you’re someone who needs that morning coffee ritual, you’ll appreciate having a real kitchen instead of fumbling with those hotel room coffee makers.

    Cerca del casco antiguo, pero en un barrio moderno y tranquilo. Todo muy limpio y nuevo, con todos los accesorios necesarios y buena WiFi. Punto extra por la cafetera de cápsulas, bravo! Acceso bien explicado y buena comunicación con el encargado

    Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, komfortowe, w pełni wyposażone. Zadbano o najdrobniejsze szczegóły, podróżujący z małymi dziećmi mają zapewnione łóżeczko turystyczne i fotelik do karmienia. Z sypialni i kuchni kojący widok na skwer pełen zieleni. Doskonała lokalizacja ! Dzielnica Kalamaja to pełne uroku miejsce, z małymi kawiarenkami i restauracjami, tuż za rogiem hala targowa gdzie można kupić świeże produkty a także zjeść bardzo dobrze i niedrogo. Starówka max. 10 minut spacerkiem. Do portu, na plażę lub Muzeum Morskiego (które bardzo polecam) 20 minut spacerkiem.
