Instead, you get these thoughtfully designed spaces that feel more like staying in a really cool friend’s apartment, if that friend happened to have impeccable taste and a serious eye for detail. The rooms have this Scandinavian-meets-industrial vibe going on, with exposed brick in some spots and these gorgeous hardwood floors that creak just slightly when you walk across them in the morning. I actually loved that little imperfection – it adds character. The lighting is spot-on too, none of those harsh overhead fluorescents that make you look like you’re recovering from something serious.

What really impressed me (and honestly surprised me a bit) was how they’ve nailed the small stuff that most places completely miss. The coffee situation is legit – not just some sad pod machine, but actual good beans and equipment that doesn’t require a engineering degree to operate. The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere, even in the bathroom if that’s your thing, and the beds… I mean, I’m pretty picky about mattresses, but I slept like I was in a coma. Good coma, obviously. The shower pressure is strong enough to wake you up but not so aggressive it feels like you’re being power-washed, and they stock decent toiletries instead of those tiny bottles of mystery liquid most hotels seem to love. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no lengthy speeches about breakfast times or pool rules, just friendly people who seem to genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The whole vibe is relaxed but professional, sort of like they’ve figured out how to be helpful without being hovering. That 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s the kind of place that gets the basics so right that you don’t spend your time thinking about what’s wrong with your room, you just… enjoy being there.

  Lovely clean room with everything we needed. Location a short walk from both the Old Town and the Port. Great communication via WhatsApp and easy to access with the codes provided. We were able to store our luggage after checkout out until our flight.

  It is such an awesome experience stay in Bob W. Bob welcomed us with a handwritten card on the table and some local candies. All the facilities are new and clean, and it is just a few minutes walk to the old town. The digital communication was way more efficient than I thought, and Bob cares about every single opinion from us. Everything makes us feel at home and being respected.

  The apartment was well situated, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. Check-in and out is all online and is very simple and efficient. There are 2 washing machines and dryers in a communal laundry room, which was handy. Would stay here again.
