I stumbled across this 1 Bedroom Apartment near Kadriorg Swan Pond during my last trip to Tallinn, and honestly, the location alone makes it worth considering. You know how some places claim to be “near” something but it’s actually a twenty-minute walk? Well, this isn’t one of those situations – you’re literally a stone’s throw from that beautiful swan pond in Kadriorg Park, which means you’ll probably end up taking your morning coffee outside just to watch the swans doing their thing.
The apartment itself has that comfortable, lived-in feeling that I actually prefer over sterile hotel rooms. It’s a proper one-bedroom setup, not one of those studio situations where your bed is basically in the kitchen. The furnishing is pretty straightforward – nothing fancy, but everything works and feels solid. I mean, you’re getting a 3-star experience, so don’t expect marble countertops, but the kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Rimi down the street and cook something simple. What really got me was how quiet it is at night, despite being so close to the park. During the day you’ll hear families and joggers, but once evening hits, it’s surprisingly peaceful.
The real magic happens when you step outside, though. Kadriorg Palace is right there – and I’m talking a genuine five-minute stroll, not tourist brochure math. You can easily spend a whole morning wandering through the baroque gardens, then grab lunch at one of the cafes near the palace before heading into Old Town (which is about fifteen minutes on the tram, by the way). The swan pond itself becomes this lovely evening ritual – I found myself walking over there most nights just because, well, why wouldn’t you? There’s something oddly therapeutic about watching swans glide around while the light fades. Plus, if you’re traveling in summer, the park stays lively until pretty late with locals having picnics and kids running around.
Parking was easier than I expected for this part of town – there’s street parking that doesn’t cost a fortune, though you’ll want to move your car before the morning rush if you don’t want to deal with commuter traffic. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that complicated key-pickup dance you sometimes get with apartment rentals. With an 8.4 rating, it’s clearly hitting the sweet spot for most people, and I can see why. It’s one of those places where the location does most of the heavy lifting, but the actual space doesn’t let it down either. If you’re the type who’d rather have easy access to Tallinn’s most beautiful park than be right in the thick of the tourist crowds, this spot makes a lot of sense.
Exploring Tallinn offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Estonia’s digital heart, from its UNESCO-listed medieval old town to its innovative startup ecosystem and stunning Baltic coastline.

What Our Guests Say
Nothing
What could be improved: Don’t be cheated whatever you read as excellency stories in Booking.com. It is by far one of the two worst places in Europe which we stayed until now. It is not a house, it is a barn. Maybe and only cattle may stay in such a place, but for sure not human beings. The building is very old, the house furnitures and equipment are very very old and dirty. It does not even have Curtains. So, you have to dress and undress while your neighbors are watching you!
Everything was amazing. Clean, comfortable, cozy apartment, with everything you need for the stay.
The location is a bit far from the city centre, but is still in a good place.
What could be improved: The water in the apartment had a bit of a weird smell.
El apartamento es cómodo y se está muy caliente. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Está en buena zona.
What could be improved: El horno no funcionaba y a la fachada del edificio le hace falta un cuidado.
Nice and quiet flat with all things necessary. The beautiful Kadriog park is very close. The owner is friendly and helpful.
The apartment was spacious, clean and equipted with every thing you may need.
What could be improved: The route from the out door to the room was a bit uncomfortable. The curtains were see through so there was no privacy in the room.
Все было хорошо
What could be improved: Холодно в душе
The apartment was very clean, the host was super friendly, great location.
il posto era accogliente e molto vicino al centro
Everything is perfect. Good location for sightseeing, (Kadriorg Park, the Sea, Old Town) and also for eating out, even for just enjoying being "at home". The apartment is very cosy, and well equipped. Liis was very kind too.
Mitmepäevase lähetuse jaoks suurepärane koht. Kõik vajalik olemas, kodune, vaikne, hea välja puhata.
What could be improved: Võtmete kättesaamine pimedal ajal on ebamugav. Õnneks oli taskulamp olemas.
