With a 9.3 rating, I figured there had to be something special going on here, and after staying twice now, I get why people keep coming back.
What really struck me is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between being close to everything without feeling chaotic. You know how some places say they’re “conveniently located” and then you’re dealing with traffic noise all night? Not here. The apartments are positioned in this quiet pocket where you can actually sleep, but you’re still close enough to walk to the main shopping areas and restaurants. I remember my first morning there, stepping out to grab coffee and realizing I could see the business district from the corner – but the street itself felt almost residential. The airport proximity is genuinely useful too, especially if you’re one of those people (like me) who stress about missing flights. No expensive taxi rides or complicated public transport schedules.
The apartments themselves have this refreshingly no-nonsense approach that I actually appreciate. Everything works – and I mean everything. Hot water comes immediately, the wifi doesn’t drop out during video calls, and the beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how rare that combination is). The kitchens are properly equipped, not just for show, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with kids. I made pasta one evening and realized they’d even thought to include a decent colander – sounds silly, but those little details add up. The whole vibe is more like staying at a well-organized friend’s place than a sterile hotel room. Honestly, the housekeeping staff seem to take pride in their work too, which shows in how everything’s maintained. Even after what must be constant turnover of guests, things still feel fresh and well-cared-for rather than worn down.

What could be improved: There is no exhaust in the bathroom or the kitchen, so when you cook the whole apartment smells of fried food. Also, certain kitchen utensils were missing, like spatula, colander, sieve, garlic press.
Simple, but clean and nice apartment, very good value for money, and not far from city center.
What could be improved: Since I was staying a whole week, another set of towels would be nice. Although parking near the house is free, it is quite a challenge to find a space if returning late.
Everything was exceptional from the moment we stepped into this apartment until the moment we left. First and foremost, I want to highlight the incredible kindness and hospitality of the host. She was extremely helpful and always ready to assist. Regardless of my needs or requests, she was always available, and her warmth and attentiveness toward the guests truly won me over.
The accommodation was extremely comfortable and charmingly decorated. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet and peaceful. What particularly impressed me was the exceptional cleanliness of the accommodation. Everything sparkled with cleanliness, which is a clear indication of the host's dedication to maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
I must also mention the fantastic location of the accommodation. The neighborhood in which the apartment is situated is surrounded by greenery, and there is a beautiful lake nearby. This accommodation provides the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the bustling city. With access to many exciting landmarks and attractions, my stay was filled with diverse activities.
If I ever return to this area, I will definitely choose this accommodation again.
Very nice apartment, it looks even better than in the pictures. It's near supermarkets. Bus stops are not far. Would stay there again!
What could be improved: Adding hairdrayer and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) would be great.
The aparment was very neat and clean. My family enjoyed staying there. Owner was very responsive and allow us some extra time to stay.

Tha apartment is nice and cozy, kitchen is well supplied with utensils and essential for cooking. The owner is really nice and friendly and the apartment is spotlessly clean! The area is served with public transportation very efficiently. Overall have only positive things to say!
