What surprised me most was how quiet it stays inside despite being right in the center. I mean, you’ll hear city sounds – it’s not some countryside retreat – but the windows do their job and honestly, there’s something kind of cozy about falling asleep to that distant urban hum. The 8.2 rating makes total sense to me because it’s one of those places that just works without any drama. Check-in was straightforward, everything functioned as advertised, and the little details were sorted out properly. It’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but sometimes you just want a solid base where you can drop your bags, know your car’s secure, and get on with exploring the city. That’s exactly what this place delivers, and honestly, that’s often more valuable than all the fancy amenities that look good in photos but don’t actually improve your trip.

  Obviously the host has a talent and taste about creating cozy, warm environment with kind artistic touches even maybe collector..
  Everything you may need maybe more that you can find the property.. for example at least 10 different sauces, vinegars etc.
  You will see the some antic wood luggages, boxes, old pharmacist bottles and iron statue, wood tables and chairs even wardrobe.
  Esthetic glass vases and dry flowers.
  The couch was so comfortable..
  Projection and matte, home cinema..
  Floor heating in the bathroom..
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, I could not feel comfortable because the apartment is the full of hosts personal items everywhere in every closet.
  The bed in the bedroom was not comfortable and It was squeaking.
  When you open the door and step in the apartment, you notice the light smell of antiques, wood items (atmosphere) in the house.

  I am revising my review because my wife reminded me that I am 105 kilos and the bed cannot do anything but squeak.

  The apartment was in a pleasantly quiet area, even though it was in the center—close to both the old town and the seaside promenade, as well as a park. We found everything we needed for our three-day stay. Very convenient private parking, free of charge!

  First of all, I liked the quiet place. It is possible to park a car in a locked parking lot, in the yard of the house. Since we were traveling with a cat, it was very important to us that pets were accepted. The apartment is clean and quiet. The old town and everything is within easy walking distance.

  What could be improved: This appartment is equipped, but plenty of personal stuff left by the owner (clothes, books, old magazines, etc.) Therefore no room (dresser or wardrobe) to put guests' clothes.
  The kitchen was not very clean. Very basic equippement (missing pots and pans). Mini dishwasher available, but no detergents provided. The cupboards full of jars, spiecies, boxes, etc.
  It really felt more like Airbnb place rather than an appartment to rent.
  There was TV and Hi-Fi set available, but everything was disconnected, so not ready to use.
  Not comfortable, creaking bed.
  
  Please just note it's on third floor without elevator.

  Convenient location, close to the Old Town, Kadriorg and the most interesting attractions in Tallinn.
  Quiet neighborhood, quiet and spacious apartment, equipped with all the necessary things. All we needed was an umbrella. :). Thank you very much. This was not our first stay and probably not the last. Tallinn is our favourite European capital.
