I stayed here during what I thought would be peak season, and while the city center was absolutely packed, this area had this nice residential feel where you could actually hear yourself think. The building itself has character too – it’s not some sterile modern box, but it’s not falling apart either. Check-in was surprisingly smooth, though I’ll be honest, the lobby area is pretty minimal. Don’t expect a grand entrance or anything fancy downstairs.

What really got me was the space itself – it genuinely feels like a penthouse, not just a regular apartment they’re calling one. The ceilings are higher than you’d expect, there’s actual natural light flooding in (which is rarer than it should be in city accommodations), and the layout just makes sense. You’re not bumping into furniture or fighting for bathroom time. The kitchen area is properly equipped too, which saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in the city center gets expensive fast. I actually found myself cooking breakfast most mornings and enjoying it more than rushing to some overpriced café. The view isn’t going to make it onto postcards, but you get a nice sense of the neighborhood and can watch the city wake up, which I found oddly relaxing.

The whole experience just felt more authentic than staying in some cookie-cutter hotel chain. Sure, you’re not getting turn-down service or a concierge, but honestly, who needs that when you have the space to spread out and the freedom to come and go as you please? The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not perfect (the Wi-Fi could be stronger, and parking isn’t included), but it delivers on what it promises. For a 3-star place, it punches well above its weight. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer trip where having that extra space and the ability to prepare some of my own meals would matter. It’s one of those places that just works without trying too hard to impress you.

  We stayed in this appartment for 2 nights. Pillows and beds were sp nice. We had kids with us, age 16, 12 ,3, 2. The little ones had the best time playing with the toys in the appartment. Older ones found a basketball court near by and a scoot park right next to it. We used Bolt taxi to get around. Very cheep!
  
  What could be improved: Eventho the penthouse was absolutely wonderful and cozy, it was a bit hot during the warm summer days. Luckily we could keep the skywindows open before going to bed.

  Nice location if the sound of the bridge next to the house do not disturb.
  
  What could be improved: The place was dirty and not clean. There were many spider webs and dust. The beds were not comfortable specially the pillows and the bed linen and sheets were coming off the bed during the night. The tables were sticky and not clean.

  The location is reasonable. 20-30 mins walk to the old town, 15-20 mins walk to a big shopping mall with a supermarket. Quiet area, accessible parking nearby. The host was very nice. The apartment is really spacious.
