You know what struck me first about AirHome – Tower Apartment? It’s one of those places that actually delivers on what modern travelers want – proper apartment-style living without the usual serviced apartment stuffiness. I mean, most hotel apartments feel like they’re trying too hard to be fancy, but this one just gets it right.

The setup here is honestly pretty clever. You’re getting legitimate apartment space with that hotel service backup when you need it, which – let’s be real – is the sweet spot most of us are looking for these days. The rooms feel like actual homes, not hotel rooms cosplaying as apartments. There’s proper kitchen space where you can actually cook without bumping into everything, and the living areas have that natural flow you’d expect in a real apartment. What I really appreciated was the attention to those little details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights. The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere (not just “technically available”), there’s decent storage space, and the lighting isn’t that harsh hotel fluorescent situation that makes everything look weird.

The tower setup means you’re getting some solid views depending on which floor they put you on, and honestly, even the lower floors have decent sightlines. Service-wise, they’ve found that balance between being helpful and not hovering – you can handle your own thing most of the time, but when you need something sorted, they’re responsive about it. I’ve stayed in plenty of places with higher star ratings that felt way more chaotic, so that 4-star rating here feels pretty accurate without being pretentious about it. The 9.1 guest rating makes sense too – it’s the kind of place where you don’t have any major complaints, and several things actually work better than expected. Check-in was straightforward, no weird upselling pressure, and they seem to have figured out that most guests just want their space to work properly without a lot of fuss. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment than staying in a traditional hotel, this hits that mark pretty well.

  What could be improved: Obviously due to design of the apartment there was a bit of an echo and sounds could be heard through the whole apartment. Good to note that this won't surprise.

  Great location, plenty of coffee available in the flat!
  Multiple sets of keys available which is great when traveling as a larger group.
  
  What could be improved: Only disadvantage is there is only one bathroom upstairs (ensuite) – the bathroom is on the lower floor so a bit of a journey at night.

  What could be improved: Having to walk up five flights of stairs to get to the apartment every time. Also within the apartment itself, there are two toilets, but one is on the very bottom floor and one is on the very top floor and is ensuite to a bedroom, which means we would have to wake someone up to use it in the night. One additional toilet would have been ideal. But I can't fault anything else about the apartment, it was great!

  What could be improved: No blinds or curtains in the property whatsoever. Makes it very difficult to sleep given there is only a few hours without at least some sunlight at this time of year.

  Great location, right in the middle of the old town. very spacious for 8 of us
  
  What could be improved: the 5 flights of stairs were an effort for some of the less fit members of the group. the main bathroom is off one of the bedrooms, so not so good if you need privacy, we didn't mind walking through
