The apartment itself has this really lived-in feel (in the best way) – like someone’s stylish friend just handed you their keys for the week. The kitchen actually has proper cooking equipment, not those sad little hotel coffee makers and mini-fridges. I ended up making breakfast there most mornings because, honestly, the local bakeries nearby are incredible and you’ll want to bring pastries back to eat somewhere comfortable.

What really sold me on the place was how quiet it gets at night, despite being so central. The building has thick walls – you know, that old European construction that just doesn’t exist anymore – so even when there were people walking by outside, I barely heard them. The wifi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to get any work done or just want to video call home without that frustrating lag. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward; none of that awkward waiting around wondering if you’re at the right door. And parking – well, if you’re driving, just know that the old town streets weren’t exactly designed for cars, but there are spots within a reasonable walk. I’d honestly recommend just using the trams though; they’re efficient and you’ll avoid the headache of navigating those narrow medieval streets.

The whole setup just works. You’ve got Toompea Castle basically up the hill from you, but you can also walk down to the more modern parts of the city when you want proper restaurants or shopping. I spent a lot of evenings just wandering around the neighborhood because there’s always something to stumble across – little courtyards, art galleries tucked into basement spaces, cafes that locals actually go to. The apartment feels like your temporary home base for all of that exploring, not just a place to crash. With that 9.5 rating, I was expecting something good, but this actually exceeded it. It’s the kind of place you’d book again without hesitation, and probably recommend to friends who are picky about where they stay.
