Honestly, when I first heard the name AirHome – Palm Tree Penthouse, I was expecting some basic apartment rental with maybe a sad potted palm in the corner. Boy, was I wrong. This place actually delivers on the penthouse promise – and that 9.1 rating isn’t just inflated vacation euphoria talking.

The moment you step inside, you get why they named it after palm trees. The views are ridiculous (in the best way), and there’s this whole tropical vibe that doesn’t feel forced or tacky. I mean, someone clearly put thought into the design instead of just throwing together whatever furniture was on clearance. The space feels genuinely luxurious without being stuffy – you know what I mean? Like you can actually relax and put your feet up without worrying about messing up some pristine show home. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which is refreshing since so many vacation rentals seem to think one dull knife and a broken coffee maker constitute “full amenities.” I actually ended up cooking a few meals here because the setup was so inviting.

What really impressed me though was the attention to detail. The lighting is spot-on for evening relaxation, the shower pressure is fantastic (seriously, why is this so rare?), and there’s enough storage space that you don’t have to live out of your suitcase the whole time. The penthouse location means you’re not dealing with hallway noise or people stomping around above you – something I definitely appreciated after staying in too many places where thin walls made every conversation a group experience. Check-in was smooth, no weird key pickup situations or confusing instructions. They’ve clearly figured out how to make the whole process feel seamless rather than like you’re solving a puzzle just to get into your room. The 4-star rating feels accurate – this isn’t trying to be some over-the-top luxury experience, but it nails everything that actually matters when you’re traveling. I’d honestly book this place again, which is saying something since I usually like to try somewhere new each trip.

  A very big space in an excellent location. Facilities inside were great. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and rooms and shared spaces were great. We didn't use the sauna, but it looked nice.
  
  What could be improved: Lack of lift. But it is only a problem for us because we have three young boys and a big pushchair.

  The reason for choosing this property was the location – just across the street from my own apartment, which had maintenance works done, so needed a place to stay.
  
  What could be improved: Property is on 5th floor without the elevator. Huge minus when you have things to bring such as luggage, food, drinks etc. Cleaning lady was not doing her job properly – there were long dark hair everywhere. Beds not comfortable.

  The apartment was nice and spacious, maybe a bit tight for 10 people that is the max amount of visitors. The host was friendly and responded quickly to all our messages.
  
  What could be improved: It was really hot in the apartment during our stay. We were able to keep the windows open during the night so it was okay.
  
  There is only one bathroom in the apartment, which was a little tight with 9 guests.

  Amazing and beautiful apartment 😊 the owner was super friendly and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later. We celebrated my friend's 30th birthday with 9 friends and there was a bed for everyone.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator and only one toilet/shower for 9 people was a bit of a hassle 😂 but manageable for one night!
