I was particularly impressed by how quiet it stays, even though you can tell this isn’t exactly a sleepy neighborhood. Whatever they’ve done with the windows or insulation, it works.

The 8.7 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there a few days. This isn’t trying to be luxury – it’s aiming to be genuinely comfortable and practical, and it nails that target. My room had this great natural light in the mornings, and the bed was one of those surprising finds where you sleep better than expected. The bathroom was compact but well-designed, with decent water pressure and plenty of hot water (I tested this extensively, being someone who takes longer showers than I should). What really won me over was the attention to those practical travel needs that fancy hotels sometimes overlook – good reading lights, enough outlets in useful places, and a proper workspace if you need to get some laptop time in. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in authenticity that I really appreciate, with local cafes and shops that clearly serve residents, not just tourists. You’ll hear some street sounds during the day, but it’s the kind of gentle urban hum that makes you feel connected to the city rather than annoying background noise. If you’re looking for a place that delivers solid comfort without any pretense – somewhere that feels more like staying at a friend’s well-organized guest room than a corporate hotel – this little owl’s nest might just be exactly what you didn’t know you were looking for.

  Wszystko jak w opisie. Zameldowanie bez żadnych problemów i bez właściciela!!! Nikt nie zadawał pytania o której godzinie będę, kiedy się odezwę, kiedy się spotkamy….

  The apartment was just outside the Old City so very central. It was also within walking distance to the groovy Telliskivi Creative City. Great access and close to trams and trains.
  
  What could be improved: A good deep clean is needed. Especially the bathroom-the shower curtin had mould. The stairs at the entry are dangerous and need a safety rail.

  What could be improved: There's mold in bathroom!
  Dirty dishes and stains on walls.
  The curtains are not suitable for day nor night. In day does not let light in, and if you open, there's no privacy. At darker hours it seems like you can't turn on lights as neighbors will see in.

  Nice old wooden house. Silent area. Good and eqsy self chek in. Perfect for 2 people. Pet friendly. Location easy, near telliskivi. Nice own door and wooden gate to go to the yard. Car park easy acces in the yard.
  
  What could be improved: Just to let you know there is few steps (5-7)to get to the apartement, its concrete stairs outside to apartement. So it is not street level. Byt that didnt bother us.
