  Puiki lokacija, gražus tarpukario architektūros kvartalas, didelis ir erdvus butas su 4 miegamaisiais ir 2 vonios kambariais ir sauna. Aiškios ir konkrečios instrukcijos, kaip atsiimti raktus. Šiltas butas, nors netoli tramvajai važiuoja, tačiau puiki langų izoliacija, nesigirdi triukšmo. Senamiestis – 15 min pėsčiomis. Nors nemokamo ir prie pat buto parkingo nėra, bet buvo galimybė pasistatyti visai šalia mokamoje aikštelėje.
