I'll be honest – when I first pulled up to Adoryal Hotell, I wasn't expecting much from a 3-star place.
I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Adoryal Hotell, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best discoveries come when you’re not trying too hard to impress anyone, and this little gem proved that point perfectly.
The thing that struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care about what they were doing. I mean, check-in was smooth enough, but it was more than that – they remembered my name by the second day, asked if I needed extra towels without me having to call down, that sort of thing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but everything works properly (which honestly can’t be said for some pricier places I’ve stayed). The beds are actually decent – firm enough that you’re not sinking into a crater, and the linens smell fresh, not like they’ve been sitting in a laundry basket. I did notice some street noise in the mornings around 7 AM, but it wasn’t anything a pair of earplugs couldn’t handle.
What really won me over was the attention to small details that most places skip. The shower had proper water pressure – you know how rare that is? There’s good WiFi that actually reaches your room, not just the lobby. And the breakfast, while simple, was fresh and filling. I’m talking real coffee, not that watery stuff you get at chain hotels, plus local pastries that change daily. The dining area gets great morning light too, so you can actually wake up properly while you eat. Parking was never an issue when I was there, though I imagine it might get tighter during peak season. The whole place just feels like someone’s paying attention to the guest experience without trying to charge you resort prices for basic hospitality. It’s got that sweet spot rating of 8.4 for a reason – not because it’s trying to be something it’s not, but because it does what it promises really well. If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, reliable, and won’t drain your travel budget, this is definitely worth considering.
Tallinn’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of medieval charm and modern comfort, with many featuring digital tour services and authentic Estonian hospitality.

What Our Guests Say
Highly recommend for people planning to explore old town This hotel looks newly renovated, with very new facilities. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. It is very close to both the port and the old town, making it perfect for staying two days to explore Tallinn and Helsinki.
Good amazing location close to the ferries and city center, located in the same building of SadaMarket, which is very convenient. the rooms are clean
Nice but Check the Price ! very clean, close to the port and old town, nice room with plenty of space and a balcony with views. Ideal for a few days but you really only need one or two in Tallinn
Very Good The room was large and stylish, with nice furniture. The room also had a mini-fridge that was very useful. The location was right next to a market, the ferry terminals and several restaurants. There are also shopping malls nearby. Our room also had a view of the sea.
Decent value for money Comfy bed, terrace land excellent ocation
Great location with comfy beds. Good value for Tallinn. Location was great, next to the ferry terminal and the old town. Wifi was very good. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was good as well. Very nice bonus with a private access to the roof top bar next door where you can get food and drinks with a very nice view.
Wonderful The room was comfortable and clean, the room service was good and the staff, really helpful and nice. Calm hotel well situated in the city. Great breakfast, with options that vary from day to day. A convenience store is really close by, so it's useful.
Central location, nice big private balcony with city view. Location is very central, close to ferries, old city and Kalamaja district. We had the room with big balcony, which was really nice.
Good room, great location The bed was comfortable, the room was bigger than the average. Blackout and sound isolation works well. The cleaning was not perfect but nothing that compromise the stay. The location close to the Port and from the old town at same time was great.
Pleasant Location.
Staff were good especially lady working in the morning shift of 15 Sep
