  Beautiful building and apartment with amazing balconies and views of the town and the sea. Close to store and many cafes and restaurants. Property owner friendly and easy to communicate with.
  
  What could be improved: Wished there was instructions some where in the apartment on how to use the washer and dryer as well as the thermostats. Lastly would have been nice to have a dresser in the main floor bedroom that doesn’t have a closet.

  What could be improved: We had to get two apartments because we had 7 in our group but our apartments were not close to each others. We were on two separate floors even though there were available apartments from this company in each floor. Would be nice if you keep families closer together . Apt 22 TV batteries are dead and need to be replaced. Apt 35 had no shower curtain so no water went everywhere and no privacy. It is a close walk to a train station but about an hour to get to all the events we had planned. So be prepared when scheduling events if you do not plan to rent a car.

  The apartment was clean and modern with fast WiFi. The second toilet was very helpful for a group of five. The double curtains in each bedroom were awesome to make it as bright or dark as possible with black-out curtains.

  What could be improved: Shower and bath are designed in a way that water runs out – in a shower room it would be easy to place a longer glass wall
